Which Samsung SL-M2071 driver should I choose?
Basic drivers are the core software. They include the Easy Eco Driver at 10.5 MB, the SL-M2070 Series Print Driver at 40.6 MB, and the Scan Driver at 26.2 MB. The Print Driver without an installer (21.3 MB) needs manual installation. The Universal Print Driver (38.5 MB) is a generic driver for IT-managed setups. Utilities add tools such as Easy Printer Manager and Set IP. Firmware files are 6.9 MB or 7.9 MB. HP lists no firmware fix, so update only to solve a specific problem, after reading the release note.

How to install the Samsung SL-M2071 driver
- Download the Easy Eco Driver (10.5 MB) from the HP page for your Windows version.
- Confirm you run Windows 10 or Windows 7, 32-bit or 64-bit, since this driver does not list Windows 11.
- Close other programs, then open the downloaded file to start the installer.
- Follow the installer prompts until it finishes, then restart the PC if asked.

Printer shows offline or print jobs stay stuck in the queue
Run Samsung Printer Diagnostics 1.0.4.29 (23.1 MB). Windows 11, Windows 10 and Windows 7 are supported. Afterward, restart the printer and PC, then send a test page.
Printed pages look faint, streaky or uneven
Check that the supplies are installed correctly and the paper is dry and undamaged. Then print another page. Replace the supply if the output stays poor.
Samsung utilities misbehave on Windows 10 RS4
Install Easy Printer Manager 2.00.01.36, which fixes the Windows 10 RS4 compatibility issue. Easy Document Creator 2.02.61 and Network PC Fax 2.02.35 carry the same fix.
