Samsung Xpress SL-M2020 driver troubleshooting
The PC does not detect the printer over USB
Check that the printer is powered on and the USB cable is seated at both ends. Try a different USB port on the PC. Swap the cable if you have a spare.
Printed pages look faint or uneven
Remove the toner cartridge and gently rock it to spread the toner. Reinstall it and reprint. If the pages stay faint, replace the cartridge.
