Which Samsung Xpress SL-M2020W driver should I choose?
Basic drivers let you print. The Windows installer is 101.9 MB and sets up the driver automatically, while the No Installer version is 34.5 MB and needs manual installation. Samsung Xpress SL-M2020W driver troubleshooting
Printer shows offline or jobs stick in the queue
Confirm the printer and PC share the same network. Restart both. Rerun Samsung Easy Wireless Setup if needed. Samsung Printer Diagnostics (23.1 MB) also targets offline printers and stuck jobs. A USB cable works as a test.
Pages come out faint or streaky
Remove the cartridge, rock it gently side to side, and reinstall it. Streaks that remain point to a worn cartridge, so replace it. Also check that your paper matches a supported media type.
Windows 10 compatibility problem with printer software
Install Samsung Easy Printer Manager version 2.00.01.36. Samsung fixed a Windows 10 RS4 compatibility issue in that release. Download it from this page and run the installer.
