Which Samsung SCX-4828 driver should I choose?
Basic drivers are model-specific print and scan drivers, so start there. Here they cover Windows 7 only, and sizes range from 0.1 MB to 81.1 MB. The Universal Print Driver is a generic driver for IT-managed setups. Its standard version (38.5 MB) also supports Windows 10 and 11. Samsung SCX-4828 driver troubleshooting
Windows does not see the printer or nothing prints
Power the printer off and on. Check that the cable or network connection is secure. Then confirm the right printer is selected in your app. Reinstall the driver if the problem remains.
Pages come out faint, streaked or blank
Check the printer's supplies and replace any that are empty. Remove and refit them gently. Print a test page afterward to see whether the quality has improved.
Easy Printer Manager fails to work properly on Windows 10
Install Samsung Easy Printer Manager version 2.00.01.36. Samsung lists it as fixing a Windows 10 RS4 compatibility issue. Network PC Fax 2.02.35 and Easy Document Creator 2.02.61 carry the same fix.
