Which Samsung SCX-4726 driver should I choose?
HP sorts these downloads into three categories. The Basic driver files are the model-specific print and scan drivers. The print driver is 23.3 MB, and a No Installer version (25.7 MB) needs manual installation. The Universal Print Driver (38.5 MB) is a generic driver for IT-managed setups, and it lists Windows 11 support. Utilities add extras, such as Easy Printer Manager (28.7 MB) for settings and status monitoring.
One print driver covers the SCX-4726, 4727, 4728 and 4729 series. Scanning needs the separate Scan Driver (18.6 MB). Network PC Fax works only with Samsung multifunction printers supplied with fax, and Set IP finds a network printer by its MAC address.

Windows does not see the printer after installation
Confirm the printer is on and its cable or network link is secure. Then run the driver installer again. If the printer uses a network address, Samsung Set IP (1.5 MB) can help set it.
Prints look faint, streaky or smeared
Check the printer's supplies and replace any that are low or empty. Reseat the cartridge, then try fresh paper. Print another test page to see whether the fault remains.
Samsung utilities misbehave on a recent Windows 10 build
Install Samsung Easy Printer Manager version 2.00.01.36 (28.7 MB). HP lists it as fixing a Windows 10 RS4 compatibility issue. Download it from the same page as the driver.
