The printer is not found on the network
Check that the printer is powered on and connected to your network. Samsung Set IP can assign an address using the printer's MAC address. Restart both the printer and your PC afterward.
Prints look faint, streaked or uneven
Open the printer and check the toner supply first. Replace toner that is low or empty. Then print another test page to see whether the problem has cleared.
Samsung Easy Printer Manager does not work properly on Windows 10
Install Samsung Easy Printer Manager version 2.00.01.36. Its release notes say it fixed a Windows 10 RS4 compatibility issue. Download it from the same HP page.
