Which HP ENVY 6000e All-In-One series driver should I choose?
Full software and drivers (436.2 MB) adds scan functions such as OCR and cloud destinations. Basic driver (113.9 MB) gives minimal scanning with WIA and Twain support. Setup apps guide you through installation. HP Easy Start is 26.5 MB and needs an internet connection. The offline version is 195.3 MB. Firmware (49.4 MB) matters only if you are fixing a problem HP's release notes describe.
Duplex printing is automatic. The input tray holds up to 100 sheets and the output tray holds 25. You can connect by Hi-Speed USB 2.0 or dual-band Wi-Fi. Replacement cartridges are HP 67 or HP 67XL, in black and tri-color.

HP ENVY 6000e All-In-One series driver troubleshooting
Windows cannot find the printer over Wi-Fi
Restart the printer and your router, then retry. Confirm your PC uses the same network as the printer. Connecting a USB cable is a reliable fallback, since the printer has a USB port.
Printouts look faded or streaky
Check that the HP 67 cartridges still hold ink and replace any that are low. Reseat each cartridge firmly. Then print a test page again. Yield varies with page content.
Scanning feels slow
Install HP Universal Scan – Full Feature Software and Driver version 63.8.6459 (Jul 06, 2026). HP lists optimized scan speed in that release. Close other apps while scanning for best results.
