Windows does not detect the printer after installation
Check the cable and the port it plugs into. Restart the printer and the computer. If it still fails, run the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package Installer again.
Printing fails or the printer shows as offline
Run Epson Printer Connection Checker. It diagnoses connection problems automatically. Restart the printer and computer afterward, then print another test page.
The driver seems out of date or printing behaves oddly
Install Epson Software Updater from the table. It downloads updates for the printer's firmware and utilities. You can also reinstall the listed driver for your system.
