Try a different cable or port first. Restart the printer and the computer, then reconnect. If it still fails, reinstall the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package Installer.
Print jobs fail or the printer shows as offline on Windows
Run the Epson Printer Connection Checker from the table above. It diagnoses the printer connection and tries to resolve it. Rerun your print job afterward.
The printer software or firmware may be out of date
Get Software Updater from the table above. It downloads firmware and utility updates from the Internet. Afterward, restart the computer and the printer.
