Basic drivers make the printer work. The print driver comes in a 56.8 MB version with an installer and a 34.5 MB version without one. The scan driver is 46.8 MB. Utilities add extras such as Easy Printer Manager (28.7 MB), Easy Color Manager (12.3 MB) and Printer Diagnostics (23.1 MB). The Universal Print Driver (38.5 MB) is a generic driver for IT-managed setups and supports Windows 11. HP recommends reading the firmware release note first. Update firmware only if it fixes a problem you actually have.

Open Samsung Easy Color Manager, version 4.00.14, and adjust color balance, saturation, brightness or contrast. Then print a test page to compare the result.

Print jobs stay stuck in the queue

Printer Diagnostics also targets jammed print jobs. Run it first. Restarting the printer and the PC afterward often clears whatever remains.
