Which Samsung SCX-6345 driver should I choose?
Basic driver downloads are model-specific print and scan drivers. The PCL6 driver is 12.7 MB and the PostScript driver is 9.1 MB. Files marked No Installer need a manual installation. Universal Print Driver packages are generic drivers for IT-managed setups; the standard one is 38.5 MB. Utilities add extras such as Easy Printer Manager (28.7 MB). The firmware file is 6.6 MB. HP advises reading its Release Note first, and you should skip the update unless that note describes your problem.
HP lists this model as the SCX-6345N series. Its PCL6 driver is version 3.01, dated Sep 01, 2017. HP offers that driver for Win 7 32-bit and 64-bit only.
How to install the Samsung SCX-6345 driver
- Download SCX-6345N Series Print Driver PCL6 (12.7 MB) from HP's page.
- Choose the file without No Installer in its name, then open it.
- Follow the installer prompts until setup finishes.
- Print a test page from any app to confirm the driver works.
- On Windows 10 or 11, pick Samsung Universal Print Driver (38.5 MB) instead, since HP lists the PCL6 driver for Win 7 only.

Samsung SCX-6345 driver troubleshooting
The computer does not see the printer or print jobs stall
Restart the printer and the computer. Check that the cable or network link is firmly connected. Then confirm the SCX-6345N driver is selected as the printer in your app's print dialog.
Pages come out faded, streaked or blank
Open the printer and check that supplies are seated correctly and not empty. Remove any packing material. Print another page, and reinstall the driver if the output still looks wrong.
Samsung Easy Printer Manager misbehaves on Windows 10
Install Samsung Easy Printer Manager version 2.00.01.36 (28.7 MB). HP lists it as fixing the Windows10 RS4 compatibility issue. Remove the older version first if the new one will not install.

Is there a separate scan driver?
