Basic drivers are model-specific. The print driver is 24.9 MB and the scan driver is 23.3 MB. The No Installer print driver is 20.6 MB and requires manual installation. Utilities add extras: Easy Printer Manager (28.7 MB) handles settings and status, and Set IP (1.5 MB) sets a network address using the MAC address. The Universal Print Driver (38.5 MB) is a generic driver for IT-managed setups.

HP offers a separate scan driver, so install it too if you scan from a PC. Easy Wireless Setup (4.2 MB) configures wireless network settings. Set IP assigns a network address through the printer's MAC address.

Check that the supplies are installed correctly and not empty. Then print another page. If the problem continues, reinstall the driver to rule out a settings issue.

Install Samsung Easy Printer Manager version 2.00.01.36. Samsung fixed a Windows 10 RS4 compatibility issue in that release. Download it from this page and run the installer.
