The Universal Print Driver (38.5 MB) is a generic driver for IT-managed setups. Windows does not detect the printer after installation

Restart both the printer and the PC, then reconnect the printer. Still nothing? Run the ML-2160 Series Print Driver installer again. For wireless setups, run Easy Wireless Setup to recheck the network settings.

Printouts look faint, streaked or uneven

Check the printer's supplies first and replace any that are worn out. Then reinstall the print driver to rule out a software cause. Contact Samsung or HP support if the problem continues.

Install Easy Printer Manager version 2.00.01.36. Samsung fixed a Windows 10 RS4 compatibility issue in that release, so an older copy may be the cause. Download it from this page and reinstall.
