Full software and drivers (116.6 MB) includes everything needed to install and use the printer, so most people should start there. Computer cannot find the printer over Wi-Fi or Ethernet
Restart the printer and your router. Confirm the printer and computer share the same network. Still stuck? Connect by USB or Ethernet to finish setup, then try wireless again.
Faded or streaky prints from the thermal inkjet
Check ink levels on the printer. Replace any low or empty cartridge with the correct HP number for your region, such as HP 902 in North America. Reprint afterward.
Paper does not feed or jams
Remove the stack and check that the size appears among supported media, such as Letter, A4 or Legal. Reload it flat in the 225-sheet tray without overfilling.
