Which HP OfficeJet 5200 All-in-One series driver should I choose?
Full software and drivers (152.2 MB) installs the driver plus HP's accessories, and suits most home users. Basic driver (78.0 MB) is for IT professionals managing corporate setups. The Utility category holds the HP Universal Fax Driver (25.2 MB), a fax driver installed on a client PC. Setup apps such as HP Easy Start (26.5 MB on Windows) guide setup and provide drivers. Install firmware (45.3 MB on Windows) only when it fixes a problem you have.
Automatic duplex printing is standard. The input tray holds up to 100 sheets and the output tray holds 25. Fax uses the two RJ-11 ports, and the display is a 2.2-inch mono LCD.

Computer cannot find the printer over Wi-Fi
Confirm the printer and computer share the same network. Restart the printer and router, then rerun setup. Connecting a USB cable is a reliable fallback, since the printer has a USB 2.0 port.
Faded or streaky prints
Check that the cartridges still hold ink and replace any that run low. Reseat each cartridge firmly. Then print again on plain letter paper to compare results.
Mac on macOS 26 will not set up the printer
Older installers may lack macOS 26 support. Download Install HP Easy Start version 2.16.7.260722, which added it, and run setup again.
