Printer shows as offline in Windows
Run Samsung Printer Diagnostics 1.0.4.29 (23.1 MB). HP describes it as a tool for printer offline errors and stuck print jobs. Also confirm the printer is powered on.
Faded or streaky printouts
Check the toner supply first. Replace any cartridge that is low or empty, following the printer's own manual. Then print another test page to compare.
Samsung Easy Printer Manager misbehaves on Windows 10
Install Samsung Easy Printer Manager version 2.00.01.36 (28.7 MB). HP lists a fix in that release for the Windows 10 RS4 compatibility issue.
