Internet Explorer:

  1. Before software download and install, make sure USB cable is disconnected from PC and device.
  2. Click the Download button.
  3. When a new pop-up window appears, click on the Run button.
    Note: Depending on your connection speed, the file will take some time to transfer to your computer.
  4. If an “User Account Control” pop-up windows appears, click the Yes button.
    Note: The file is compressed and may take time to extract and run.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Firefox:

  4. When the download completes, double-click the most recent file to start the software installation.
  5. If an “Open Executable File?” pop-up window appears, click the OK button.
  6. If an “User Account Control” pop-up windows appears, click the Yes button.

  7. Follow the on-screen instructions.
