Epson XP-6100 driver troubleshooting
Windows does not detect the printer during setup
Check the cable at both ends and try a different port. Restart the printer and the computer, then run the installer again from the beginning.
Print jobs fail or the printer is missing after install
Reinstall the Printer Driver for your Windows version from the table. Restart the computer afterward. Software Updater is also listed and can check for newer Epson utilities.
Printing stops working after it worked before
Run Epson Printer Connection Checker, which diagnoses connection problems on Windows. Power-cycle the printer next. Reinstalling the listed driver is the last step if the problem stays.
