Check the cable and the port it is plugged into. Restart the printer and the computer. If it still fails, run the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package Installer again.
Printing fails and the cause is unclear
Run Epson Printer Connection Checker. It diagnoses the connection and tries to resolve it. Afterward, restart the printer and send another test page.
The driver seems out of date or behaves oddly
Install Software Updater from the table above and let it look for updates. Then restart the computer. If the problem remains, reinstall the listed driver.
