The computer does not detect the printer
Check the cable and the port it plugs into. Restart the printer and the computer. If it still fails, run Epson Printer Connection Checker, then reinstall the Printer Driver.
Printing fails after a Windows or macOS update
Download the Printer Driver for your current system from the table and reinstall it. Epson Software Updater can also check for newer versions of the driver and utilities.
The driver installer stops or fails partway
Restart the computer and close all other programs. Run the installer again. Confirm you downloaded the right file for 32-bit or 64-bit Windows. Reconnect the printer only when prompted.
