Epson WF-7310 driver troubleshooting
The computer does not find the printer during setup.
Check the cable and port first. Restart the printer and the computer, then run the installer again. Reconnect the cable only when the installer asks for it.
The test page will not print after installing.
Reinstall the Printer Driver from the table above. Pick the file that matches your system, 64-bit or 32-bit. Run it again and follow the prompts.
The printer still misbehaves after a clean reinstall.
Try the Firmware Updater listed in the table for your system. Restart the printer and the computer afterward. Print another test page to check the result.
