Which Samsung SL-C4010 driver should I choose?
The Basic driver category holds the model-specific drivers. The 55.0 MB version installs itself, while the 32.6 MB No Installer version needs manual setup. Universal Print Drivers (38.5 MB, and 24.4 MB for PostScript) are generic and suit IT-managed setups. Utilities handle diagnostics, IP setup, device management and color adjustment. Firmware is 30.4 MB and fixes a network component issue, so update only if you have that problem.
Automatic duplex is standard. Paper capacity is a 50-sheet multipurpose tray plus a 550-sheet input tray, with a 250-sheet output bin. Connections include Hi-Speed USB 2.0 and built-in Gigabit Ethernet, while Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac is optional.

Samsung SL-C4010 driver troubleshooting
Printer shows offline or jobs stay stuck in the queue
Check that the cable is seated and the printer is on. Then run Samsung Printer Diagnostics 1.0.4.29, which handles offline printers and stuck jobs. Set IP assigns a network address by MAC.
Colors look off on printed pages
Open Samsung Easy Color Manager 4.00.14 to adjust color balance, saturation, brightness or contrast. Also check the supplies and make sure the loaded media type matches the job.

Install Samsung Easy Printer Manager version 2.00.01.36 (28.7 MB). Samsung fixed the Windows 10 RS4 compatibility issue in that release.
