Samsung SL-C2670 driver troubleshooting
Printer shows offline or jobs stay stuck in the queue
Restart the printer and your router, then confirm both sit on the same network. Still stuck? Run Samsung Printer Diagnostics 1.0.4.29, which targets offline printers and stalled print jobs.
Faded, streaked or smeared laser prints
Check toner levels on the touchscreen first. Then remove each toner cartridge, rock it gently to spread the toner, and reseat it. Replace any cartridge that is empty.

Install the updated versions that fix the Windows 10 RS4 compatibility issue: Easy Printer Manager 2.00.01.36, Network PC fax Utility 2.02.35 or Easy Document Creator 2.02.61.
