How to install the Epson L8180 driver

  1. Download the Printer Driver file that matches your Windows version from the table above. Pick the 32-bit file only for 32-bit systems.
  2. Close other programs, then double-click the downloaded file to start the installer.
  3. Follow the installer prompts and accept the license terms when they appear.
  4. Connect the Epson L8180 when the installer asks, then wait for setup to finish.

Epson L8180 driver troubleshooting

Windows does not detect the printer during setup

Check that the USB cable is seated firmly at both ends, or try another port. Restart the printer and the computer, then run the driver installer again from the start.

The printer is installed but prints nothing

Run Epson Printer Connection Checker, which diagnoses connection problems automatically. If it finds nothing, reinstall the Printer Driver version 3.80.05 for your Windows system and print a test page.

The driver is out of date or behaves oddly after an update

Use Software Updater to look for newer printer software. Alternatively, download the current Printer Driver from the table above and install it over the existing one, then restart the computer.
