Windows does not detect the printer
Check the cable and try another port. Restart the printer and the computer. Then reinstall the Printer Driver for your Windows version from the table above.
Printing fails and the cause is unclear
Run Epson Printer Connection Checker from the Windows downloads. It diagnoses and resolves connection problems automatically. Open Epson Software Updater afterward to look for firmware and utility updates.
A Mac prints nothing after an earlier install
Remove old software first with the macOS Uninstaller. Then download the Printer Driver for your macOS version and install it again. Restart the Mac and printer before testing.

Which driver do I need for Windows 11?
Use the Printer Driver at 43.0 MB. It also covers Windows 10 64-bit and Windows 7 64-bit. The 32-bit Windows driver is a separate 31.7 MB file.
Is there a Mac driver for the XP-15000?
Yes. The macOS Printer Driver is 101.6 MB. It covers macOS 26, 15, 13 and 10.15.
What does Epson Photo+ do?
It prints photos, such as collages, from a template you select. The Windows download is 49.2 MB. The Mac download is 32.2 MB.
Is a firmware updater available?
Yes, for both systems. The Windows Firmware Updater is 23.5 MB, and the macOS one is 27.9 MB. Both are in the download table.
