Epson L5310 driver troubleshooting
The computer does not detect the printer during setup
Check the cable and port first. Restart the printer and the computer, then run the installer again. Epson Printer Connection Checker can diagnose the connection on Windows.
Setup finished but nothing prints
Reinstall the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package Installer from the table. Restart the computer afterward. Then print a test page again and watch whether the job leaves the queue.
The printer misbehaves and the software may be out of date
Software Updater can download updates for the printer's firmware and utilities. Run it, then restart the printer. Mac users can use the Software Updater listed for macOS.
