How to install the Canon PIXMA G3020 driver

- Download the file. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings.
- Double-click the downloaded EXE file to decompress it, then installation will start automatically.

Canon PIXMA G3020 driver troubleshooting
Windows does not detect the printer during setup
Turn the printer on and plug the USB cable straight into the PC, not a hub. For Wi-Fi, put the PC and printer on the same network. Restart both devices, then run the installer again.
The installation stops partway through
Close other installers and open programs. Restart Windows, then run the installer as administrator. Confirm your Windows version appears in the file's system list. Download the file again if the installer still stops.
The scanner does not appear after installation
Install the G3020/G3060 series MP Driver Ver.1.04. Canon describes it as providing full printing and scanning. Restart the PC afterward, and keep the printer connected while Windows finishes setting up the device.
